Feedback on New Home Page and Getting Started Section

There is a brand  new home page for the new year.

The idea behind the new home page design is to get rid of some of the clutter and to make it instantly clear:

- What the site is about

- That there is a great deal of material on the site

- What's on the site and how to get to it quickly

Also added a Getting Started section that is aimed at people who might want some guidance on how to find the best renewable energy projects for their circumstances.
